Snug Projects wins at Appeal

Snug Projects have won their appeal against the refusal by Winchester City Council for a detached 5 bedroom house in Denmead. This is excellent news for our clients and also represents a significant marker in the sand in planning terms. The appeal was on an important matter of policy and potentially sets a powerful precedent for similar 'infill' sites that may have been refused permission in the past. This was a proposal for a beautiful house in a sustainable location well related to an existing settlement and we certainly feel the Inspector made the right and common sense decision. This is also satisfying for the team at Snug who have worked hard for over 9 months to ensure a successful outcome for our clients. Well done everyone.
