Project Description
Located on a busy London high street and overlooking the Thames and Kew Gardens, this speculative residential block was utilised to both maximise views and transition in scale between Brentford High Street and Kew Bridge. Careful consideration of the context and a study of the surrounding rights to light resulted in a distinctive form and a penthouse style apartment with outdoor South facing terraces on each level. The scheme comprises of a total of 56 units spread over 6 storeys.
