Gringer Hill, Maidenhead secures full planning permission

We are pleased to have secured full planning permission for a significant retirement living development in Maidenhead on behalf of PegasusLife, part of the Lifestory Group.

The development provides 44 one and two bedroom apartments and a guest suite. The u-shaped building wraps a south facing courtyard and nestles into the established trees that enclose the site. The building responds to the change in character across the site and utilises the site levels to maximise the sites development potential.
