Mixed use development at Hawkwood Road secures planning permission
We are pleased to announce that our mixed-use development for BCP Council at Hawkwood Road in Boscombe secured planning permission. The scheme was unanimously supported at committee.
This is a major milestone for Boscombe, forming phase 1 of the Boscombe Town Centre Masterplan. The scheme will deliver 68 apartments, including 40%+ affordable units and 44% family units. The scheme also includes a new medical centre, community centre, pedestrian link to the high street, a park and public car park.
Snug acted as both architect and Lead Consultant throughout RIBA Stages 1-3.
